Our energy storage system (ESS) collection covers all-in-one units, battery expansion cabinets and hybrid inverters that work as a single backup power source for homes, shops and small commercial sites. An ESS stores solar or grid electricity in a lithium battery pack and releases it when the grid goes down or when peak tariff rates make self-consumption more economical.
Each system in this collection uses LiFePO4 battery cells, the same chemistry widely adopted in electric buses and telecom backup stations because of its thermal stability and long cycle life. Under normal operating conditions, the battery modules deliver 4,000 to 6,000 cycles before capacity drops below 80%, which typically translates to 8-15 years of daily use.
Sizing starts with your daily critical load. A 5 kW / 7.68 kWh cabinet can run lights, routers, a fridge and a few fans for 8-12 hours. A 30 kW / 61.44 kWh stack is sized for small shops or clinics that need air conditioning and machinery online during outages. If you are not sure which capacity fits your building, start by listing the appliances that must stay on, then match the total watt-hours to the closest system capacity.
All battery units ship with cell-level battery management and conform to UN38.3 and MSDS transport requirements. Inverters in this collection are matched to the battery voltage and maximum continuous load, so the system reaches the user ready for installation rather than as a box of mismatched parts.
Beyond backup, these systems are used for solar self-consumption, peak shaving and weak-grid support. In regions with unreliable mains power, adding an ESS to a solar array turns an intermittent energy source into a dependable daily power supply.
Installation is planned around three practical points: ventilation, floor loading and cable runs. Wall-mounted units under 100 kg suit most residential walls, while floor-standing cabinets above 200 kg need a level concrete base. Keeping the battery within a few metres of the inverter reduces DC cable loss and keeps voltage drop inside the manufacturer's limit.
Routine maintenance is limited. Keep the air intakes clean, check terminal torque once a year, and review the battery management logs through the display or app. Most systems in this collection support remote monitoring, so state of charge, cell balance and fault history can be checked without a site visit, which is useful for installers managing several client systems at once.
